āI wish I had the courage to say goodbye.ā
In this weekās HeARTful Diaries, Lynn opens her heart in one of the most tender and vulnerable ways yet ā by writing a letter to her late grandfather.
For years, she carried the quiet weight of regret⦠for not being able to attend his funeral, for being too afraid to face loss, and for the words that were never said. But through art and journaling, sheās finding a way to honour that silence ā and transform it into healing.
In her letter, Lynn speaks of love, guilt, memories, and forgiveness. She shares how much she misses his presence⦠and how, even now, she longs to hear him call her name one more time.
Through the therapeutic process, she designed her letter cover using Canva, carefully layering emotion with colour and symbolism. This is more than just a letter ā itās a release. Itās a conversation between her heart and his soul.

š Your presence means the world to her ā and if her story moves you, consider leaving a word of encouragement or donatingĀ to support her journey.
Because grief doesnāt disappearā¦But through art, it becomes something we can hold. Something we can heal.
