At Soul HeARTful, we believe that growing older should never mean growing lonelier.
In 2026, we launched our HeARTful Arts program for seniors, bringing therapeutic arts directly into the community to help reduce social isolation, encourage meaningful friendships, and promote emotional well-being.

Through creative workshops such as candle making, aromatherapy, painting, floral crafts, and sensory-based art activities, seniors are given a safe and welcoming space to express themselves, learn new skills, and enjoy the simple pleasure of creating alongside others.

Our workshops are designed to do more than teach a craft. They encourage conversation, laughter, confidence, creativity, and a renewed sense of purpose. Each session provides an opportunity for seniors to stay mentally active, engage their senses, and build supportive social connections within their community.

What makes these workshops especially meaningful is that they are also led with the support of persons with disabilities (PWDs) through our HeARTful Olive Employment Program. By participating, seniors not only enjoy a creative experience but also help create meaningful employment opportunities for persons with disabilities, fostering an inclusive community where everyone has something valuable to contribute.
