   • Our NPO is committed to prioritising and elevating the voices of disadvantaged individuals. We aim to provide them with opportunities, resources, and support tailored to their unique circumstances.

   • All our programs are meticulously designed to be inclusive, considering the diverse needs within our community. We ensure that disadvantaged individuals have equal access to every learning opportunity, mentorship, and enrichment activity.

   • Understanding that each faces unique challenges, we offer tailored support services. This includes personalized educational plans to address specific barriers to participation.

Exceptions:

1. Behavioral Misconduct by individuals:

   • When a child or youth engages in disrespectful or abusive behaviour towards staff or peers, we may need to reassess their participation. Our priority is to ensure a safe and positive environment for everyone involved.
     
     

2. Behavioural Misconduct by caregivers:

   • Should a parent display disrespectful or abusive behaviour towards staff or peers, we may reconsider their involvement in our programs. A culture of respect is vital for the success of our programs, and such behaviour contradicts our commitment to creating a supportive community.
     
     

3. Dishonesty During Sign-Ups:

   • Honesty and transparency are essential elements of our initiative. If a caregiver is found to be dishonest during the sign-up process, we reserve the right to reevaluate their participation. Truthful information is crucial for creating a fair and inclusive experience for all.

4. Consistent Non-Attendance:

   • To maximize the impact of our programs, consistent attendance is encouraged. In cases of prolonged non-attendance without valid reasons, we may need to offer the opportunity to another child or youth on our waiting list.​​

Some programs may have specific requirements for participation. If an individual or caregiver consistently fails to meet these requirements, we may need to reconsider their involvement to ensure fairness and program effectiveness.
