Hi, I’m Lynn, 33 this year. I was born with a rare neurological condition called AADC Deficiency. Even though my AADC Deficiency may cause my body to tire easily or slow me down physically, it has never deterred me from striving to improve myself, day by day.
On tough days, I can lose all strength even in the middle of everyday tasks—walking, eating, or getting dressed. Sometimes, I get stuck at MRT stations, unable to move or even ask for help. I’ve had moments where I could only lean against the wall, silently hoping someone would notice. And many kind strangers did—some alerted station staff, others stayed with me until help arrived. These moments remind me that while challenges are real, so is kindness. 🌻
But I don’t want to be defined by what I can’t do. I want to be remembered for how I keep trying because, with God, I believe healing and hope are always possible. 🧡
This blog isn’t just my story—it’s a space for anyone who feels like giving up knowing you’re not alone.
Love, Lynn
